Length recommendation
The optimal length of your camera strap depends on your preferred carrying method, your individual needs, and your physique.
100 cm is our most popular length and usually fits well for average height.
If you are on the shorter side, the 90 cm version is more suitable – for taller people we recommend 110 cm.
If you're unsure or want to wear your camera in a specific position, you can also choose a custom length. It's best to measure beforehand.
Tip: Take a rope or similar material at home and test which length is most comfortable for you. This way you'll find the optimal length for your new camera strap.
Note: The length measurements always refer to the entire strap, including eyelets or Peak Design anchors. Since our straps are handmade, the actual length may vary slightly from the stated dimensions.
Shipping and Returns
Shipment
To conserve resources, we only manufacture the straps after you place your order. Production time is typically less than a week. Delivery time after completion is 1-3 days. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising our high quality standards. Should there be any exceptional delays, we will inform you promptly.
Return
Should you wish to return the belt for any reason, you can do so free of charge within 30 days. Simply contact us by email or request a return through your user account. We will then send you a shipping label. Please ensure that you return the product in its original packaging .
