Your order will usually arrive within 1-3 working days.

For custom-made products, such as our camera straps, production of your order may take up to one week.

How much are the shipping costs?

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but we plan to expand this in the future.

Why is my order being sent as a letter?

We ship most orders by letter because this has many advantages for you:

  1. Faster and more convenient delivery : Since letters fit directly into your mailbox, you don't need to be home to receive your order. No waiting for the delivery person or going to a collection point – you'll get it delivered without any hassle.
  2. Environmentally friendly : Shipping by letter saves on packaging material and makes transport more efficient. This protects the environment and reduces unnecessary waste.
  3. Free for you : Shipping by letter allows us to cover all shipping costs for you. This keeps your purchase affordable and stress-free.

Of course, we will continue to ship larger or fragile items as parcels to ensure they arrive safely.

Why is my order being delivered in multiple packages?

Some items in your order, such as the camera straps, are made to order and therefore sometimes require a little more time. Additionally, the camera straps are manufactured at a different location than the other products. Due to these different warehouse locations and logistics, orders may occasionally arrive in multiple packages. We understand this isn't ideal and are working on a better solution to avoid this in the future.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived after the timeframe specified at checkout, please check the delivery address and wait another day. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us – we'll take care of it quickly!

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is packed, you'll receive a tracking number that allows you to easily track the status of your delivery. Depending on the shipping method, the tracking information may be less detailed.

Can I change the delivery address afterwards?

Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as you haven't received a tracking number yet. Just contact us quickly, and we'll be happy to help!

Yes, there are discounts and coupons available. These can be entered at checkout.

Do you offer personalized products?

Yes, our camera straps are only manufactured after an order is placed. Therefore, it is possible to order a custom length.

Are your products sustainably produced?

We place great importance on sustainability and try to use local products wherever possible. We also take care to minimize waste and largely avoid plastic in our packaging. Of course, there is always room for improvement, but we are constantly striving to keep our environmental impact as low as possible.

Returns and exchanges

How can I return an item?

In your user account, you can view all your orders and initiate a return. Alternatively, you can simply contact us by email at info@nordkit.de . We will then send you a return label and further information. There are no costs for you.

How can I exchange an item?

Exchanging items works just like returns: you can easily arrange it via your user account or send us an email to info@nordkit.de and we'll take care of the rest.

How long do I have to initiate a return?

You have 30 days after receiving our products to contact us regarding a return.

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

We cover all return shipping costs. As with shipping costs, we place great importance on a positive shopping experience, which for us also includes risk-free shopping.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will find a solution as quickly as possible, whether it be a replacement or a refund.

Can I exchange an item even if it is personalized?

Yes, personalized products can also be exchanged, but please note that this is logistically more complex for us. We recommend ensuring everything is correct before completing your order.

If you win, we will contact you using the account on which the competition took place. Very important! If someone contacts you from a different account, it's probably a scam. Before you share any information, please contact us!

We currently don't have a physical store, but we're planning to offer our products in photo shops. If you have a specific shop in mind, please get in touch – we're always open to new ideas!

Can I, as a business customer, place larger orders?

Yes, absolutely! As a business customer, you can place larger orders with us and also have individual customizations made. Simply contact us, and together we'll find a solution that perfectly suits your needs.

Are new products released regularly?

Since we're a small team, it can sometimes take a little longer for new products to become available. We place great importance on offering only high-quality products that we truly believe in. Therefore, we don't always release new items at regular intervals. To stay up-to-date, follow us on our social media channels, subscribe to our newsletter, or stay informed via our WhatsApp channel. That way, you won't miss any news!

Why do I still have to provide a billing address for free products?

This is due to technical reasons: We use Shopify as our shop system, and unfortunately, certain processes – even with free products – require a billing address. Of course, no actual invoice is created or sent.
