TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITIONS

1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern participation in prize draws organized by Nordkit (Julius Saenger and Norman Reimer GbR, Königsberger Str. 5, 78467 Konstanz, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By participating, each person agrees to these terms and conditions.

This giveaway is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. All information is provided solely by the organizer.

2. Participation requirements
2.1 All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Minors aged 16 and over may only participate with the consent of their legal guardians.
2.2 Persons under 16 years of age and participants who are legally incapacitated are excluded from participation.
2.3 The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or manipulate the competition. In such cases, prizes may be revoked or reclaimed.
2.4 Participation is possible within the specified promotional period. Each participant may only enter once per identical prize draw.
2.5 Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

3. Competition Procedure
3.1 The conditions for participation are set out in the respective competition post. The winners will be drawn at random from among the eligible persons.
3.2 A cash payout of the winnings or a transfer to other persons is not possible.

4. Profit settlement
4.1 The winner will be notified via the provided contact details (e.g., by email or direct message on Instagram). The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within one month. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a new winner.
4.2 If the participant has provided incorrect contact details, he or she shall bear the consequences.
4.3 In the case of gift vouchers, the claim expires if the voucher cannot be delivered within six months, provided that this is the responsibility of the winner.

5. Disclaimer
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Any liability for material defects or defects of title relating to the prize is excluded.

6. Premature termination or modification of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to modify or prematurely terminate the competition if technical or legal circumstances prevent its proper execution.

7. Legal basis
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.1 Data usage in connection with the prize draw
The personal data of the participants will be processed for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and sending the prize. For this purpose, the profile name as well as the first and last names of the winners will be recorded. If necessary, address and contact information will be passed on to shipping service providers for prize delivery.
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The winner will only be publicly announced with their explicit consent.

8.2 Data storage and deletion
The data will be stored for a maximum of three months after the end of the competition, unless the participant has consented to further use.

8.3 Rights of participants
According to the GDPR, participants have the following rights:
